We want you to love your Motel items; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and free from any signs of wear or makeup marks.

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or color.
Package and Label
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the provided prepaid shipping label to attach to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
